Is the Affiliate license exam accredited in TN? And also, what is percentage of pass/fail rate with this class?
Both of our Tennessee courses are approved by the Tennessee commission. I don’t have the pass rate for that course, but based on commission-provided data, our licensing exam pass rates are above the state average.

If I take the course for one state, will I need to take full course if I move to another state? Georgia to Tennesse
You may want to check with the TN Real Estate Commission to see if their regulations have changed. I spoke to a student about a year or two ago and believe they could get their license in one state and then just take the license exam in the other. However, I can’t remember if it would be better for them to start with GA courses, get their GA license and then TN will allow them to just take their license exam or vice versa. The real estate commission for either state will be able to clarify this for them. Here is the contact info for both:

You have six months from registration to complete the first course in your package. As soon as you finish the first course, the second course opens. You have six months from the day it opens to complete it.
